Mark your calendar for our 5th Annual Breakfast with Santa—happening on Saturday, December 6th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 5470 Orange Avenue, Suite A, Cypress, CA.

As your neighbor and local REALTOR®, I (Kathy Zajac!) host this event every year to bring our Cypress community together. It’s joyful, it’s festive, it’s free—and yes, it includes pancakes and Santa.

What You Can Expect This Year

Whether this is your first time joining us or you’ve made it a family tradition, here’s what’s waiting for you:

🎅 Santa’s Back (and Ready for Photos)
Santa will be making his grand entrance, ready to hear wish lists and pose for holiday photos. Bring your camera or phone—we’ll have the perfect festive backdrop set up.

🥞 A Warm Breakfast, on the House
We’ll be serving a delicious breakfast that includes pancakes, syrup (of course), coffee, and more. It’s all free—just bring your appetite and holiday spirit!

🎨 Craft Tables & Holiday Fun for Kids
We’ll have hands-on craft stations where kids can make keepsake ornaments or holiday cards. It’s a great way to keep the little ones happy and creative while parents relax and catch up with neighbors.

📸 Holiday Photo Ops & Community Joy
Every corner of the space will be decorated with festive cheer, perfect for snapping a few Instagram-worthy pics. If you’re new to the area, this is a perfect chance to meet other families and feel at home.

Why I Host This Event Every Year

I started Breakfast with Santa five years ago with a simple idea: bring neighbors together. Real estate is my profession, but community is my passion. This event isn’t about homes—it’s about home.

We’ve grown every year, and the smiles, the laughter, the friendships—it all makes it worth it. Whether you’re one of my past clients or someone I’ve yet to meet, I’d love for you to be part of this special morning.
